HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
The hotel accommodation form must be filled and sent to Sunmeetings with the hotel deposit. As Giardini Naxos is a world-wide famous tourist resort, and June is holiday season, it is highly recommended to book well in advance. Sunmeetings will make any effort to place you in the hotel category of your choice. Most of the hotels in Giardini Naxos accommodate a single person in a double single use room because of the few number of single rooms at disposal.
Please note that hotel categories and rooms are assigned on a first come first served basis. A deposit for the first night is required to process your reservation. The deposit paid will be deducted from the hotel bill, payment in full of the balance is due at check out. The hotel will provide official receipt for the whole amount.

Hotel reservation will be confirmed only on receipt of the amounts due.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For hotel deposit no refund will be made
Russott Hotel charges:
one night deposit if cancellation is made between 90 and 20 days before
arrival
75% of the total nights reserved if cancellation is made between 19 and
8 days before
100% of the total nights reserved if cancellation is made 7 days before
arrival or for no-show
